Job Description

NxtWave is seeking a highly experienced State Head to join our sales team. As a State Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with educational institutions, and driving enrollment in NxtWave's programs.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the state, leading and mentoring a team of Managers and Executives, and identifying and engaging with key decision-makers in educational institutions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Team Performance: Ensure the sales team is motivated and equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders.
