Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Provide Guidance and Coaching: Offer guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance the team's skills and performance.
  • Foster a Positive Team Culture: Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes open communication and teamwork.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and Implement Effective Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management: Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze Market Trends: Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic planning.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee Client Inquiries: Oversee the handling of client inquiries, concerns, and negotiations.
  • Ensure High Levels of Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze sales team performance against established targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct Regular Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
