Ridhira Group is seeking an exceptional Sales Head / Manager to lead and manage our real estate sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven leader with strong sales acumen and the ability to drive performance.
About the Role:
This senior role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams to achieve revenue targets, fostering client relationships, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Provide Guidance and Coaching: Offer guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance the team's skills and performance.
- Foster a Positive Team Culture: Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes open communication and teamwork.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and Implement Effective Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Senior Management: Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze Market Trends: Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee Client Inquiries: Oversee the handling of client inquiries, concerns, and negotiations.
- Ensure High Levels of Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze sales team performance against established targets and KPIs.
- Conduct Regular Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
