Head of Sales Operations

Bullmen Realty is looking for a seasoned Head of Sales Operations to oversee all aspects of our sales function. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales operations and be able to drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast to ensure accurate projections.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address sales obstacles.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations roles.
  • Proven track record of improving sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
