Dynamic Sales Operations Manager

As a seasoned professional in sales operations, you will be responsible for managing a region within Ontrack HR Services Pvt LTD. Your primary objective will be to support and contribute to the company's strategy, achieve operational excellence, and ensure that systems are deployed and utilized effectively to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders and driving partner sales teams to achieve desired outputs. This will involve regular engagement, providing inputs to senior leadership, and making plans to achieve business targets.
You will also be responsible for maintaining customer parameters, analyzing performance, and participating in weekly PRPs with key account managers. Additionally, you will co-create and implement recognition platforms to build a capable and motivated team, and liaise with training teams to ensure product training is delivered to all sellers.
Your daily updates will be aligned with Axis vertical heads on focused business parameters, including business plans, branch seller activation, and persistency. You will also conduct cluster/branch visits to optimize performance and enhance relationships.
RequirementsWe are seeking a candidate with a Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in intensive distribution and channel management is required, with prior experience in insurance being essential. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in result orientation, customer centricity, technical expertise, managerial expertise, problem-solving, and role modeling core values.
