About the Role:

The Sales Operations Manager at Neutara Technologies Private Limited is responsible for driving sales productivity and effectiveness. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales team is supported through detailed analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct detailed sales analyses to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales effectiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement solutions to streamline operations.
  • Oversee training and development programs for sales staff and ensure the sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge to sell the product effectively.
  • Support the sales team, assisting with proposals, contracts, and client communication.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure sales strategies align with company goals and product offerings.
  • Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems and sales technologies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, Sales Management, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in sales operations, CRM, or data analytics are an advantage.
