We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our team as Vice President - Sales. The ideal candidate will possess 14+ years of experience in IT Services and be able to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that drives growth and expansion in the US market.
About the Role:
- Understand Tezo offerings clearly to effectively communicate with prospects.
- Create a systematic, sustainable acquisition strategy that can evolve with new trends and changes.
- Emphasize winning new customers across verticals and industries.
- Get a hold on all revenue channels and plan for consistent revenue growth.
- Ideate, understand, and implement a new market entry strategy with the right team composition and processes.
- Bring in new initiatives to enhance individual and team capabilities in driving organizational growth.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage good business relations and networking.
Requirements:
- 14+ years of sales experience in IT Services.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the US market in IT services.
- Set revenue targets, forecast sales, and manage sales budgets effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and key areas of growth.
- Sales experience in Product Engineering, Digital transformation, Data science, AI & ML, Data & Analytics for multiple customers globally.
- Expert business development and experience working with executives and C-level clients.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams in services organizations for global enterprises.
- Change agent qualities delivering Results Driven growth, Customer Centricity, and Executive Presence.
- Must be willing to travel to the US for business meetings as required.
- Should have a valid US VISA.
