Private and Corporate Sales Head

We are seeking a highly experienced Private and Corporate Sales Head to lead our sales efforts across India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in private and corporate sales, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer acquisition.
About the Role- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve yearly targets and expand the customer base in key sectors.
- Built strong relationships with corporate partners and private customers to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Manage sales operations for a range of commercial vehicles targeting private and corporate clients across India.
- Enhance product offerings and tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
- 20+ years of experience in private and corporate sales within the commercial vehicle sector.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer acquisition.
- Expertise in selling tippers, trucks, and other commercial vehicles.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
