Job Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our sales strategy, overseeing pre-sales operations, guiding a virtual sales team, and leveraging data insights to inform strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary package of ₹ 45-60 lakhs annually.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales strategies to drive significant growth in leads and customer acquisition.
- Optimize pre-sales processes, including telemarketing and social media engagement.
- Lead a high-performing team to generate substantial sales leads, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor performance, predict trends, and make informed decisions to enhance sales techniques.
- Function as a forward-thinking leader, motivating and directing teams with a clear vision for long-term growth.
- Collaborate with senior executives to align sales strategies with broader corporate objectives.
Requirements:
- Masters' degree with a minimum 80% score in all academic pursuits.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales leadership, ideally within the wellness, hospitality, or allied sectors.
- A strong background in strategic planning, pre-sales activities, and team management.
- Proficiency in utilizing social media and other digital platforms for lead generation.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in performance metrics.
- Superior leadership abilities, enabling the inspiration and direction of diverse teams.
