Drive Business Growth as a State Head

NxtWave is revolutionizing tech education in India, and we're seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our sales efforts in your assigned state. As a State Head, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and business growth, leading a team of experienced professionals, and expanding NxtWave's offline presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your state, focusing on offline channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Managers and Executives, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in educational institutions, presenting NxtWave's offerings, negotiating agreements, and securing partnerships.
  • Analyze market potential and identify new opportunities for business growth within your state, developing and executing plans to penetrate new regions and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, channel partners, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring long-term collaboration and continuous business growth through these partnerships.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs, providing insights, feedback, and coaching to your team to ensure consistent achievement of targets and overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience leading Sales/Pre-Sales teams, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
  • Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales processes, especially in an offline context, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in building, managing, and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the education sector in your state, including key players, market dynamics, and regional opportunities.

  • You have a proven track record of leading and growing sales teams in the education sector, particularly in an offline environment.
  • You excel at building relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders, driving business through partnerships.
  • You are strategic, yet hands-on, with the ability to both develop and execute sales plans that deliver results.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact on NxtWave's growth.

Salary: ₹80 lakhs per annum (estimated), based on location and experience.
