Job DescriptionAs the State Head - Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and business growth in your assigned state. You will lead a team of 4+ Manager-level professionals and 20+ Executives, overseeing the entire sales process from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth by expanding NxtWave's reach into schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Managers and Executives, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet sales targets.
- Maintenance of Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, channel partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
NxtWave offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $130,000 per annum, plus additional incentives based on performance.
