Role Overview

NxtWave is a rapidly growing EdTech company transforming tech education in India. We are seeking an experienced State Head to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in their assigned state.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience leading sales teams, with a strong background in the education sector. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with educational institutions, and driving enrollment in NxtWave's programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the state, focusing on offline channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Managers and Executives, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in educational institutions, present NxtWave's offerings, negotiate agreements, and secure partnerships.
  • Analyze market potential and identify new opportunities for business growth within the state.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for sales activities within the state, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.
