Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to lead our business growth strategy in the designated region or state. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of secured business loans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Secured Business Loans portfolio for the assigned region/state, ensuring smooth operations and growth.
- Guide and support Cluster and Area Managers to create and execute business plans that align with regional goals and business objectives.

Revenue & Profitability Targets:
- Ensure that monthly revenue targets for the region are met across all revenue streams, including processing fees, cross-sell, and yield.
- Achieve profitability targets for all products within the region, adhering to the approved financial matrix.

Branch Network Expansion:
- Lead efforts in branch network expansion, conducting network planning and identifying potential markets for growth.
- Explore untapped markets, develop strategies for new revenue streams, and collaborate with Business Heads to launch new products.

Sales and Distribution Strategy:
- Formulate and implement the sales, distribution, and disbursement strategy for the region to drive business growth.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
