Cleartrip is a leading online travel agency that connects travelers with the best deals on flights, hotels, and activities. We are looking for a skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in our portfolio of independent hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with hotel partners, managing large-scale accounts, and driving sustainable performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue goals and grow net revenue in the market
- Negotiate and close deals with hotels to enhance their marketing strategies and serve customer needs
- Manage operational activities to ensure revenue and transaction growth, working closely with Business Managers as needed
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to top-producing hotels to inform their marketing efforts
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and train partner hotels on extranet use and wholesale business best practices
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Travel/Hospitality/Telecom/Banking sector
- Past work experience in sales, key account management, contracting, or B2B sales is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle large teams for a particular zone
- Market visits as required (need-based)
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
