Regional Business Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Head to drive our business development strategies in generating revenue for home interior business for premium home owners through market capture in the region.

Job DescriptionThe Regional Business Head will be responsible for:
- Pivotal role in generating leads and revenue for home interior business through offline collaborations with regional partners, large enterprises, and other stakeholders.
- Key responsibility in onboarding and engagement of channel partners, including hiring, training, and coaching the team to achieve business objectives.
- Strategizing for building own team, including setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth through offline leads.
- Ongoing involvement in optimizing cost of customer acquisition, partnership management, negotiation, and commercial modeling.
- Exceptional business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills.
- Establishing business development strategies to ensure alignment with overall organisational strategy.
- Leading identification of opportunities and geographical expansion to optimize business Partnership.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Graduate or Post Graduate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in handling targets, revenue, and channel management.
- Strong ability to work independently and with a team, excellent interpersonal skills, and target-oriented approach.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically, and excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work well in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and expert in external and internal stakeholder management.
