Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new clients through our referral partner network
  • Expanding our existing referral partner network by onboarding influential professionals such as Bank Relationship Managers, wealth managers, fund managers, insurance advisors, and others
  • Engaging with referral partners to onboard new clients consistently
  • Understanding client requirements and real asset portfolios
  • Meeting monthly sales quotas initiated by the business development head
  • Maintaining reports applicable for business development and execution on a daily basis
  • Training and mentoring new hires in the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation with 0 to 5 years of work experience
  • A strong drive for results coupled with excellent presentation skills
  • Good communication (with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu) and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in business development and client-facing roles will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with Hyderabad city geography
