Global IT Staffing Business Developer

We are seeking an experienced Global IT Staffing Business Developer to join our team at PSR-IT SERVICES. This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional with expertise in US staffing, client onboarding, and business development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new clients and maintaining existing relationships within the US staffing industry. This will involve generating leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
In addition to developing new business opportunities, the incumbent will work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure they understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates promptly, enhancing client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in US staffing, with a strong understanding of the industry trends, market demands, and competitive activities. They will be able to identify new business opportunities and create strategies to stay ahead in the US staffing market.
A key aspect of this role will be building and maintaining healthy relations with clients, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and quality norms. The successful candidate will also be responsible for revenue generation, business expansion, and business development operations.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new clients within the US staffing industry.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Interact with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill their requirements.
- Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure they understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates promptly.
- Build and maintain healthy relations with clients, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and quality norms.
- Responsible for revenue generation, business expansion, and business development operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in US staffing.
- Strong understanding of the industry trends, market demands, and competitive activities.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and create strategies to stay ahead in the US staffing market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
