Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive our cloud solutions sales strategy specific to the BFSI vertical in India. The ideal candidate will cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, lead high-performing sales teams, and promote our cloud offerings across banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the BFSI sector.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the BFSI sector.
- Solution Selling: Drive the adoption of cloud solutions by understanding customer needs and aligning our offerings with their business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Facing Unit of Strategic and Large Accounts, Large Deal Team, Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support to create compelling value propositions.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to refine sales processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in cloud sales, with a strong focus on the BFSI sector, and minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading sales teams in BFSI in India.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and solutions relevant to the BFSI industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
