RSA Security seeks a seasoned BFSI Security Sales Expert to join our team in India.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can leverage their expertise in BFSI services sector sales to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in closing large, complex deals within the IT/Security sector, with a focus on the Indian BFSI market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and providing expert guidance to customers on how to effectively manage digital risk using our innovative security solutions. They will also work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic plans to achieve revenue goals, and ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills, as well as the ability to provide thought leadership to senior management. You'll also need to have a solid understanding of technology products and solutions that tackle business and security problems, particularly in the BFSI services sector.
In terms of requirements, we're looking for candidates with at least 12 years of experience selling technology solutions in the BFSI services sector in India, with a proven track record of driving revenue in BFSI services sector accounts and achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets. A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is preferred, along with 10 years of cybersecurity selling experience or similar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing relationships in the BFSI services sector
- Closing large, complex deals within the IT/Security sector, with a focus on the Indian BFSI market

- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop strategic plans to achieve revenue goals and ensure seamless delivery of products and services
