Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and strategic leader to spearhead our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) practice in India. This leadership role is based in Mumbai and offers the opportunity to build the practice from the ground up, driving growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust strategy for building and scaling the BFSI practice.
  • P&L Ownership: Drive profitability, manage budgets, and achieve financial targets for the vertical.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, acquire, and nurture client relationships within the BFSI industry.

  • Market Insights: Stay updated on BFSI trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Business Development: Scale up the practice by leveraging networks and identifying growth opportunities across PAN India.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to thrive in a startup environment. The ideal candidate should have:

  • 8-15 years of experience in executive search, with a strong focus on the BFSI industry and demonstrated P&L management experience.
  • Deep understanding of the banking and financial services sector, with a strong network in the industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a knack for team building.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
