About the Role

As an IT Sales Lead for BFSI at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Winning new engagements for Intellect in identified accounts within the BFSI segment
  • Relationship management in existing accounts to foster strong partnerships
Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A deep understanding of the IT landscape, including infrastructure and applications, within banks and financial institutions
  • Knowledge of software licensing, IT infrastructure, professional services spend, and contracting
  • Understanding of people and non-people costs, as well as procurement strategies
  • Strong consultative selling skills

In addition, we seek candidates with:

  • MBA and B.Tech degrees from reputable institutes
  • 4-7 years of experience in IT Presales and IT Procurement with Indian banks (for AVP) or 15-18 years + for SVP
  • Cloud certifications are a plus
  • Currently working in a Big Four firm focused on BFSI IT Consulting
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives within the company and at the client
  • Strong leadership skills
