About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced EPC Sales and Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by winning contracts in sectors like energy, infrastructure, and Environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing the tendering and bid processes, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • This role requires a proven track record of sourcing and execution in previous organizations, as well as a strong understanding of the EPC industry and contract acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new EPC project opportunities, focusing on tendering and bid management.
  • Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals for large-scale projects, aligning with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring successful project handovers and client satisfaction.
  • Track, report, and analyze business development and bid management performance, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving market share.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in business development, tendering, and bid management for EPC projects.
  • Strong understanding of the EPC industry and contract acquisition processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM, with knowledge of business intelligence tools.
  • MBA in Sales, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Salary: ₹50 lakhs - ₹75 lakhs per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
