Job Description: As an EPC Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, managing tendering and bid processes, and driving revenue growth by winning contracts in sectors like energy, infrastructure, and Environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in business development, tendering, and bid management for EPC projects
  • Strong understanding of the EPC industry and contract acquisition processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM
  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
