Job Summary: As a Senior Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding our client base, and enhancing our market reputation.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is ₹10-15 lakhs per annum, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Business Strategies: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and improve market presence.
- Manage Sales Processes: Oversee the entire sales process, including requirement gathering, product demo, proposal submission, negotiation, closure, project initiation, and payment follow-ups.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand our client base.
- Business Analytics: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
- Revenue Generation & Collection: Drive revenue growth and ensure timely payment collections, collaborating closely with finance.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proficiency in SAP Business One, S4 HANA ERP.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- A proven track record of revenue growth and client expansion.
