VAYUZ Technologies is seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Manager to drive business expansion and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and business development, with a proven track record of identifying new opportunities and building strategic relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for researching new ideas and creating multiple sources of revenue, helping the team with lead generation, and building a rapport with industry experts. You will also be responsible for regular client follow-ups, keeping track of monthly sales targets, bringing in new clients, and retaining existing ones for repeated business.

You will work closely with stakeholders to brief our services and close deals, acting as a middleman between clients and our in-house anchors during online interviews with top industry leaders. Additionally, you will manage account timelines and deliverables for B2B clients, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with relevant work experience in B2B sales and business development (3+ years). They will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to draft professional emails and sales pitches for collaborating with new and existing clients.

This is a senior-level position that requires commercial planning, meeting sales targets on time, and having existing Dubai-based clients. You should have managed a team of more than 5 people before and be comfortable with quarterly presentations.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
