Strategic Growth Manager

At ZixiSoft Technologies, we are looking for a talented Strategic Growth Manager to play a pivotal role in driving business expansion.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and market research. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to identify and research potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to foster business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, target markets, and customer needs.
- Present compelling proposals to potential clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or lead generation.
- Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
