About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and market research. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to identify and research potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to foster business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, target markets, and customer needs.
  • Present compelling proposals to potential clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or lead generation.
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Estimated Salary: ₹12,50,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum
