We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to join our team at 7sky technovation pvt. Ltd. (Rentilium) in Noida sec 135.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing existing partnerships. This role combines strategic planning, relationship management, sales, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and increasing sales.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and maximize opportunities.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback to senior management.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and network with potential clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
