Client Relationship Management:Manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs).Provide tailored financial advice by understanding clients' goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences.Investment Advisory & Sales:Offer a wide range of investment products, including equity, fixed income, structured products, alternative investments, and mutual funds.Ensure appropriate asset allocation strategies for clients to maximize returns while managing risks effectively.Business Development:Prospect and onboard new clients through referrals, networking, and relationship-building activities.Develop and execute strategies to meet individual and team revenue targets.Market Expertise:Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory developments to offer informed advice.Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and recommend changes aligned with market conditions and client objectives.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all transactions and client interactions adhere to regulatory and organizational policies.Maintain accurate records of client meetings, transactions, and financial plans.Key Skills:Proven ability to manage and grow wealth portfolios for HNIs and UHNIs.Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and long-term relationships.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.Analytical skills to assess market trends and align client portfolios accordingly.
