Principal Accountabilities:
This role will do a lot of work with Family offices so we need a wealth profile here instead of institutional sales profile. Someone with banking relationships/ wealth advisory for Family offices.You Will Be Responsible For:Handling

.Responsible for developing, building, and managing existing/new relationships for improving the market shareAcquiring new set of clients in small, mid, and large segments to improve the overall AUM.The Experience You Bring:They should have existing relationship with key corporates, family offices, and distributorsThe incumbent should be well entrenched in the market and well-versed with the competitionShould have 5-12 years of relevant experience in AMC or any other financial institution handling Institutional Clients.Knowledge, Skills, CompetenciesKnowledgeMust have relevant knowledge of Fixed Income & Equity Markets and should be able to gauge the impact of government and RBI policies on markets and mutual fund products and advise the clients accordingly.Proactive, adaptable, and with strong communication & persuasion skills.Good commercial acumenProblem SolvingWorks on assignments of diverse scope and complexity where initiative and independent judgement is required to formulate an appropriate course of action within and outside the context of established policies and proceduresUses concepts and abilities and the Firm’s policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical waysLeadershipMay lead a small Team or act as a resource for colleagues with less experienceLeads projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
Influence and PartnershipExplains difficult or sensitive informationWorks to build consensusMay provide process and subject matter advice at more senior levelsPreferred Industry ExperienceCandidate with relevant experience in AMC or any other financial institution handling corporates and other institutional clients in the location
