Key Responsibilities:Understand and own our current and future products/ tech roadmapEvolve the same in an agile and lean methodology, including no-code/ low-maintenance platformsProactively seek customer insights and feedback and evolve the product(s)Develop and manage the backend APIs and front-end SDKs/ widgetsManage and evolve the company’s website & blogsTake on Product Management responsibilities like UI/ UX, analytics, A/B testing, etc.Manage product and finance operationsUpgrade our product/ platform to make it more scalable/ enterprise-ready, as and when neededWork closely with Business, Marketing and other teams to understand their needs and collaborate to deliver superior results, including product upgrades/ automationsPitch VenEx, sign-up clients/ partners and shape the product/ business strategyInteract with prospective clients, partners and influencers in the ecosystem, including attending relevant industry events and representing VenExContribute to building VenEx in ways currently unforeseen & unknown

The role is super challenging and one that offers huge learning, growth and the opportunity to co-build with a passionate and experienced founding team.Mandatory Skills & Experience:Engineering graduate with hands-on experience of and love for codingMinimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a Startup or a Technology companyFull stack developer with knowledge of Python, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, JAVA, APIs, ANGULAR, REACT, POSTMAN, No Code Platforms (e.g. Glide and for API e.g. NoCodeAPI) will be preferredUnderstanding of emerging technologies like AI/ ML, Blockchain, CybersecurityProficiency in data collection, preprocessing, model selection, training, and evaluation (accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score), along with deployment and monitoring.Skilled in frameworks like GenAI, Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and tools such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Numpy for ML and data analysis.Knowledge of technical/collab tools Slack, Zapier, Wordpress, ChatGPT, Figma etc.Understanding of cloud technologies, data designing and administration, DevOps and open source technologiesStrong communication skills, work ethics and adaptive to changeWillingness to learn/ adapt to new ideas and technologySelf-motivated and able to work independentlyComfortable working remotely and with teams across the globeAptitude for, or a keen interest in Sales, Marketing and Business Strategy

Desired Skills & Experience:Built innovative products from India, for the worldExperience at B2B/ SaaS FinTech and/ or HRTech venture(s)Experience in driving Product Led GrowthExperience working at or leading a SaaS ventureDesigned and built for scale and security
