As an IX Technical Project Manager in the bustling hub of Delhi NCR, you will join an elite squad of Imagineers. Here, the fusion of creativity and technology with the dynamic culture leads to crafting immersive experiences that captivate both the local community and the world.

Your role is pivotal in navigating the unique business landscape of India, engaging in client management, technical management and business growth in alignment with Imagine X Global portfolio deliverables.
Key Duties and Responsibilities - Area: Broadcast, Events & Digital
Client Development: Drive sales and marketing of assigned products and services to new corporate and private accounts.
Technical Oversight: Manage the technical setup and operation of broadcasting studios, including film, photo, and live broadcast systems. Proficiency in software such as v Mix, OBS, and similar platforms is essential.
Creative Implementation: Work closely with creative teams to implement technical solutions for live, hybrid, and virtual events, ensuring a high-quality, immersive experience for attendees.
Event and Streaming Platform Management: Oversee the technical implementation of event and streaming platforms, websites, and ensure the delivery of hybrid and virtual events for IX's client base in the region.
Collaboration and Support: Provide technical support to international Imagine X teams and HQ in Manchester, aiding in the global cohesion of our technical and creative efforts.
Green Screen Studios: Set up and manage remote and in-person green screen studio setups, ensuring technical excellence and creative fidelity.
Innovation and Strategy: Continually explore new technologies and creative strategies to enhance the immersive experience of IX events and broadcasts.

Please take note that due to the nature of our work, the flexibility to work outside normal office hours will be required.

What may make you suitable to deliver the above…
Bachelor's or Master's in Broadcasting, Media Technology, Creative Design, Film, Engineering, Events, or related field, with proven experience in technical project management, particularly in broadcasting studios and event technologies.
Strong technical expertise in streaming platforms, websites, and managing hybrid/virtual events, with excellent problem-solving, organisational, and project management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in B2 B/B2 C networking and the ability to engage with Indian business entities and adapt to local business etiquette.
Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally, with flexibility to work unconventional hours to support live events and global collaborations.
Awareness of global business markets, with eagerness for professional growth aligned with company strategy, and knowledge of local Indian languages is advantageous.
