We are looking for a dynamic & sharp techie who can work on Product, Tech, Ops, Finance and assist in Business Development, Sales, Marketing. Key Responsibilities:
Understand and own our current and future products/ tech roadmap
Evolve the same in an agile and lean methodology, including no-code/ low-maintenance platforms
Proactively seek customer insights and feedback and evolve the product(s)
Develop and manage the backend APIs and front-end SDKs/ widgets
Manage and evolve the company’s website & blogs
Take on Product Management responsibilities like UI/ UX, analytics, A/B testing, etc.
Manage product and finance operations
Upgrade our product/ platform to make it more scalable/ enterprise-ready, as and when needed
Work closely with Business, Marketing and other teams to understand their needs and collaborate to deliver superior results, including product upgrades/ automations
Pitch Ven Ex, sign-up clients/ partners and shape the product/ business strategy
Interact with prospective clients, partners and influencers in the ecosystem, including attending relevant industry events and representing Ven Ex
Contribute to building Ven Ex in ways currently unforeseen & unknown

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Engineering graduate with hands-on experience of and love for coding
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a Startup or a Technology company
Full stack developer with knowledge of Python, My SQL, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, JAVA, APIs, ANGULAR, REACT, POSTMAN, No Code Platforms (e.g. Glide and for API e.g. No Code API) will be preferred
Understanding of emerging technologies like AI/ ML, Blockchain, Cybersecurity
Proficiency in data collection, preprocessing, model selection, training, and evaluation (accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score), along with deployment and monitoring.
Skilled in frameworks like Gen AI, Langchain, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Keras, and tools such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Numpy for ML and data analysis.
Knowledge of technical/collab tools Slack, Zapier, Wordpress, Chat GPT, Figma etc.
Understanding of cloud technologies, data designing and administration, Dev Ops and open source technologies
Strong communication skills, work ethics and adaptive to change
Willingness to learn/ adapt to new ideas and technology
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable working remotely and with teams across the globe
Aptitude for, or a keen interest in Sales, Marketing and Business Strategy
Desired Skills & Experience:
Built innovative products from India, for the world
Experience at B2 B/ Saa S Fin Tech and/ or HRTech venture(s)
Experience in driving Product Led Growth
Experience working at or leading a Saa S venture
Designed and built for scale and security
Compensation:
Fixed Pay
Ownership via Ven Ex Wealth Points (our own model which is like Equity/ Phantom Stocks but 10x more tangible & employee-friendly) for deserving candidates
