Role: Product Manager (Required from Electrical, Electronics & EV Industry)
The Product Manager will drive profitable business growth by managing customer relationships, leading pre-sales and technical collaborations, and executing strategies for Electric Vehicle (EV) products. They will oversee RFQ generation, commercial negotiations, and market analysis, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals. The role involves fostering innovation, standardizing business terms, and managing escalations, all while delivering customer-focused solutions in both domestic and global markets. This position is critical for shaping company growth and establishing a strong market presence.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Commercial Leadership
Drive profitable business growth by managing and expanding existing customer accounts and onboarding new clients.
Lead pre-sales activities, including technology presentations to existing and potential customers for RFQ (Request for Quotation) generation or LOI (Letter of Intent).
Conclude commercial negotiations and recoveries related to pricing, development costs, and contract terms with customers.
Gather RFQ-specific insights, such as competitor analysis, target pricing, customer expectations, and competitive intelligence.
2. Customer Engagement & Strategy
Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
Map and analyze customer potential, competitor activities, and future product models, focusing on Electric Vehicle (EV) products.
Monitor technology trends within the industry to align product strategies with customer needs and market demands.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of escalations across multiple domains.
3. Technical Collaboration
Collaborate with Engineering/R&D teams during customer technical reviews to align solutions with customer requirements.
Lead technology-focused events, such as tech seminars and innovation days, to showcase company products to customers.
Provide legal and commercial documentation support and offer regular updates on development progress.
4 . Sales and Market Development
Drive sales and innovation for all EV product lines in domestic and global markets.
Standardize business terms, including payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements, with customers.
Organize and execute top-management QCDD (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Development) meetings with key stakeholders.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyse customer and market data to develop actionable insights and strategies for product development and positioning.
Maintain comprehensive competitor mapping and customer profiling to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
6. Leadership and Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customer/internal escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Represent the company in high-level discussions, ensuring alignment with customer and company objectives.
Organize customer-specific innovation events to position the company as a strategic partner.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Instrumentation), MBA will be a plus
Minimum Year of Experience is 4- 6 Yrs in Product Management.
Proven experience in product management, sales, or business development, preferably in the EV or automotive sector.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Technical background or familiarity with engineering and R&D processes is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location : Delhi
Working Days : Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
