Channel Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Channel Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our IT cloud distribution company by developing and managing a network of channel partners. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting channel partners to sell our cloud solutions effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners who
align with our company's strategic goals and market focus.
- Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing
channel partners, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- Sales Enablement: Provide channel partners with the necessary training, sales tools,
and resources to effectively sell our cloud solutions.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze channel partner sales performance,
identifying opportunities for improvement and providing guidance.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute joint
marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and sales.
- Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast channel sales revenue and identify potential
risks or challenges.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that channel partners and their customers receive
exceptional service and support.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with cloud service providers (CSPs) or cloud distributors.
- Certifications in cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
