Insurance Sales Executive

As a crucial component of Bancassurance distribution, the Tele Sales/Tele Channel is a key focus area for our leadership.
This Channel leverages the existing customer base of Our Bank, enabling customers to purchase insurance products tailored to their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer leads are assigned by our channel partners
- To understand consumer financial requirements and pitch policy products via calls
- Generate leads from sales departments and advise on the benefits and advantages of products
- Handle walking and existing customers of banking partners
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and new bancassurance customers
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to teams and bancassurance customers
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Experience: 2 to 3+ years of proven experience required in Sales of BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
- High sales orientation to consistently meet sales targets
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, General Insurance, PMS, and structured products
- Ability to develop local contacts
- Adaptability in changing environments
