**Roles and Responsibilities**:

Channel Development**
- Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand the sales network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners to drive sales growth.
- **
Sales Strategy and Planning**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the agency channel.
- Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for agency partners and monitor performance.
- **
Training and Support**
- Provide training and ongoing support to agency partners on products, services, and sales techniques.
- Equip agencies with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell products.
- **
Performance Management**
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate agency effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with agency partners.
- **
Marketing and Promotion**
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at agency partners.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and workshops to boost agency engagement.
- **
Relationship Management**
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within agency partners to ensure alignment and cooperation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agencies, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- **
Market Research and Analysis**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities within the agency channel.
- Provide insights and feedback to management based on market conditions and agency performance.
- **
Reporting and Documentation**
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner activities for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of agency contracts, agreements, and communications.
- **
Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that agency partners are well-informed about product updates and changes.
- Collaborate with other sales channels to identify synergies and opportunities for growth.
- **
Compliance and Governance**
- Ensure that all agency activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor and enforce compliance within the agency network.
