With our expanding vision, we have recently started LMV Insurance Broking Services to further protect our customers' future.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to drive sales through the agency channel and develop new business relationships. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, a strong understanding of the financial services industry, and the ability to work well in a team. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
- Achieve sales targets through the agency channel
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to agency partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies
The ideal candidate will have a strong communication and negotiation skillset, be self-motivated and target-oriented, with problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office is also essential.
This role offers a competitive salary of ₹ 8-12 lakhs per annum, along with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic organization.
