Overview

APTSOL4U LLP is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join its corporate gift sales division.

Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be between ₹3,00,000 and ₹5,00,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.

Job Description

This position involves engaging with corporate clients, understanding their gifting needs, and promoting our range of premium products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting and Client Acquisition: Actively identify and acquire new corporate clients for our range of corporate gift products.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  3. Product Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our corporate gift offerings.
  4. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  5. Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate information to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  6. Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to position our offerings effectively in the market.
  7. Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements
  1. Field Sales Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in B2B sales and corporate gifting.
  2. Valid License and Transportation: A valid bike license and own transportation are mandatory.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Negotiation and Presentation Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  6. Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  7. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the corporate gifting industry and market trends is a plus.
  8. Work Schedule: Availability to work Monday to Saturday during regular business hours.
