Here are few of the many things that you will do as the lead- channel sales:

- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand dealer/distributor networks.

- Lead and support a team of Regional and Area Sales Managers to drive performance and meet business objectives.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships and loyalty.

- Conduct regular market visits (minimum 15 days/month) to assess opportunities, address challenges, and strengthen on-ground presence.

- Monitor sales volume, track dealer/distributor performance, and implement strategies to optimize results.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost channel sales.

- Provide product training, sales insights, and feedback to channel partners to drive product adoption and market penetration.

- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine strategies and stay ahead in the market.
