At STRI we are hiring a Sales Head for a Personal Care Manufacturing Company based in Hyderabad.  Our clients are manufacturers of natural and sustainable body, hair and oral care products

About the role:

The Sales Head is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire sales vertical. This role involves crafting and executing a strategic sales strategy for both offline and online channels. Additionally, the Sales Head plays a crucial role in recruiting and managing sales teams.

This position is central to driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and shaping the company's competitive edge.

Job Description/ KRAs

  • Lead and Manage B2B Sales Vertical: Set clear objectives and targets for the B2B sales team.
  • Strategic Sales Plans: Develop and execute strategic sales plans with a strong focus on HORECA and institutional sales.
  • Team Guidance and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to B2B sales teams to drive performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction and identify new market opportunities within the HORECA and institutional sectors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align B2B sales with overall company goals.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends for data-driven decision making.
  • Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strategic relationships with key clients and partners in the HORECA and institutional sectors.
  • Compliance and Trends: Ensure compliance with sales regulations and stay updated on industry trends.


RequirementsExperience:

  • Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in the organic products/cosmetics or FMCG industry (beauty care products), with a strong focus on B2B sales in the HORECA sector in Telangana/Hyderabad.
  • Pan India experience would be an added advantage.
  • Deep and in-depth knowledge of the market construct and dynamics is essential.
  • Age: About 30 years old with a passion for sustainability and an eco-conscious approach.
  • Skills: Proven sales leadership experience in the beauty or related industry. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in the local language will be an advantage.

Requirements
Post Graduate or equivalent qualification. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred. A minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role. Strong leadership and customer management abilities. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
