Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead our sales and marketing efforts within the Frozen Food Industry. The ideal candidate will take ownership of

building and managing a high-performing team while being directly responsible for meeting and

exceeding sales and marketing targets. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on

approach, capable of driving growth, expanding market share, churning sales numbers, and

fostering B2B relationships within the frozen food sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & amp; Team Building:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to the Frozen Food Industry that aligns with the company’s goals.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets and driving marketing success.
  • Set clear goals, monitor team performance, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.


Sales Management:

  • Own and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals within the
  • Frozen Food Industry, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Consistently churn and analyze sales numbers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key B2B
  • customers, distributors, and partners in the frozen food sector.
  • Leverage an existing network within the Frozen Food Industry to enhance market reach and effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends specific to the frozen food sector to refine
  • sales strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.


Strategic Partnerships & amp; B2B Development:

  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Frozen
  • Food Industry, including suppliers, distributors, and large-scale buyers.
  • Create and implement B2B marketing strategies that align with the company’s
  • growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Identify and secure new B2B opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.


Marketing Management:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively promote our frozen food products/services and build brand awareness.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing,
  • content marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with product development and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.


Strategic Planning & amp; Execution:

  • Work closely with senior management to set sales and marketing objectives that
  • support overall business goals within the Frozen Food Industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the frozen food sector.
  • Create and implement strategies for market penetration, product launches, and brand positioning.
  • Lead the development of pricing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Regularly review sales performance metrics and continuously seek ways to improve sales outcomes.
  • Implement best practices and innovative techniques to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the sales and marketing teams.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market
  • conditions.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the executive team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior sales and marketing role, with a track record of building and leading successful teams.
  • Extensive experience in the Frozen Food Industry is essential, including a strong network of contacts and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships within the food industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
