About the Role:

The Sales Head at PAD will drive the agency's sales efforts, lead the sales team, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. This role requires developing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to support the agency’s growth and success.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the agency's business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets and potential clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic decisions.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Develop strategies to attract and acquire new clients, expanding the agency's client base.
  • Address client issues and concerns promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and account management teams to ensure cohesive sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align sales activities with overall agency goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Understand client needs and market demands to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and build partnerships.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably within an agency or media industry.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships.
