The Enterprise Head will spearhead Apple’s enterprise sales strategy, focusing on engaging major accounts, startups, and developers across diverse industries. This role involves expanding the Apple enterprise ecosystem by attracting new clients and guiding them in selecting the optimal Apple solutions for their businesses. The Enterprise Head will also oversee a specialized team, ensuring they are well-trained in both sales and technical aspects, and will be responsible for national-scale implementation of Apple products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Enterprise Sales:
  • Drive Apple’s enterprise sales by actively engaging with major accounts, startups, and developers across various sectors and industries.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase Apple’s market share and drive revenue growth within the enterprise sector.


Expand Apple’s Ecosystem:

  • Facilitate the growth of the Apple enterprise ecosystem by attracting new clients and guiding them in choosing the most suitable Apple products and solutions for their needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.


Technical Discussions and Support:

  • Conduct in-depth technical discussions with clients to facilitate sales closures and address any technical concerns.
  • Provide post-sales support and solutions to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.


Team Leadership:

  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team including pre-sales lead generation, field sales, major account managers, and technical professionals.
  • Ensure the team receives comprehensive training in sales techniques and technical knowledge, with a strong focus on Apple products and related software solutions.


Strategic Implementation:

  • Implement a strategic approach for national-scale success, focusing on both product sales and effective client implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.


Market Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key sectors and industries with the highest potential for Apple enterprise solutions.
  • Utilize market insights to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.


Competitive Positioning:

  • Stay informed about competitors' offerings and pricing strategies to effectively position Apple products in the market.
  • Adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge and drive Apple’s success in the enterprise sector.


Qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) is preferred.


Experience:  Minimum of 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales and leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and teams. Experience in the technology sector, particularly with high-profile brands, is highly desirable.


Skills:

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise sales and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT solutions, Apple products, and related software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
