**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition & Management**:
- Identify, target, and acquire international B2B clients across relevant industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM tools.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Proven experience in B2B international sales or export sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Knowledge of international trade, sales pipelines, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
**Educational Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
**Preferred Requirements**:
- Experience in handling clients in the [insert relevant industries].
- Familiarity with export documentation and international trade regulations.
- Willingness to work in flexible hours to cater to different time zones.
