Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior B2B International Sales professional to join our team in Mumbai, Bhayandar. In this full-time role, you will leverage your expertise in sales strategy and international business knowledge to drive business growth. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This position is pivotal in expanding our client base and enhancing relationships with international partners.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in sales strategy (Mandatory skill) and a proven track record in implementing effective sales processes.
  • Strong understanding of international business knowledge (Mandatory skill) to navigate and strategize within global markets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, enabling the closing of deals and fostering agreement between parties.
  • Effective market research abilities to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Proven relationship building skills, creating and maintaining robust connections with stakeholders.
  • Cross-cultural communication skills to interact efficiently with diverse groups and understand cultural nuances.
  • Experience in lead generation to establish potential client contacts and expand business opportunities.
  • Competent in account management to oversee client accounts and ensure satisfaction and retention.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve international business growth objectives.
  • Identify and establish contacts with potential clients, nurturing these leads into profitable partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and assess competitive landscapes.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring they align with company objectives and client expectations.
  • Maintain continuous communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and immediate resolution of issues.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their evolving needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client unique needs.
  • Report regularly on sales activity, success rates, and market conditions to senior managers.
