**Job Overview**:
The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the food industry. This role requires a strategic approach to prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals with B2B clients, including restaurants, hotels, catering companies, food manufacturers, and other businesses in the food sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential B2B customers within the food industry.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target new prospects and expand market reach.
- Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to generate leads.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at B2B accounts.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Product Presentation and Solution Selling**:

- Present company products, services, and solutions to B2B clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Customize sales pitches and proposals to address the unique needs and preferences of each customer.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with B2B customers to secure profitable deals.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to facilitate agreement and close sales.
- Follow up on leads and proposals in a timely manner to expedite the sales process.
- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
- Provide input to marketing and product development teams based on customer insights and market intelligence.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
