Job Title: B2B Sales Representative - Coffee Beans

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of our premium coffee beans to cafes, hotels, offices, and other business establishments. As the key ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting presentations and coffee trials, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. *Lead Generation:* Proactively identify and cultivate potential clients in the hospitality and corporate sectors.

3. *Presentation and Trials:* Conduct compelling presentations showcasing the quality and uniqueness of our coffee beans. Organize and oversee coffee trials to allow potential clients to experience our products firsthand.

4. *Relationship Building:* Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

5. *Travel:* Regularly visit potential clients for face-to-face meetings, presentations, and coffee tastings. Travel to various locations to meet with key decision-makers.

6. *Database Management:* Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

7. *Follow-up:* Conduct timely follow-ups to gauge interest, address concerns, and move potential clients through the sales pipeline.

8. *Collaboration:* Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company strategies.

9. *Achievement of Sales Targets:* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting progress and results to the management team.

10. *Market Research:* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

3. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

4. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

5. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

6. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

7. Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
