**Job Title**: Senior Executive - Sales (Logistics - Jewellery & Diamond Transportation)

**Job Location**: Andheri, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Ownership & Client Growth**: Lead sales initiatives focused on SMEs in the logistics space, specifically targeting businesses involved in jewellery and diamond transport.
- **Multi-City Sales Execution**: Conduct field sales across various Indian cities to expand the client base.
- **Mentorship & Counselling**: Mentor and counsel junior sales representatives to maximize efficiency, improve sales techniques, and increase productivity.
- **Customer Segmentation**: Implement processes to identify customer personas and create targeted segments to improve conversion rates.
- **Sales Team Development**: Train and develop the sales team, focusing on skills specific to logistics and B2B sales, to foster career growth for sales executives within the organization.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 years in sales, with a strong background in B2B logistics, particularly in handling transportation of high-value goods like jewellery and diamonds.
- **SME Understanding**: Proven track record in SME sales, with a deep understanding of the SME mindset and purchasing behavior.
- **Sales Tech Proficiency**: Proficient in using sales technology and tools to streamline sales operations, CRM systems, and data analytics.
- **Logistics Knowledge**: Familiarity with logistics operations, especially transportation services for sensitive and valuable goods.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients in the jewellery and diamond sectors.
- Previous experience in B2B sales within logistics or transportation will be a significant advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
