**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and target potential B2B clients, including wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and online platforms.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market presence and promote GMM Impex's product portfolio.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations, addressing client needs and showcasing the value of our ethnic wear and têxtiles offerings.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closing**: Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with sales goals and profitability targets.
- **Order Management**: Oversee the entire order process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales performance reports, analysis, and actionable insights to management. Collaborate to refine strategies and increase sales outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:5-7 years** of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the têxtile, fashion, or ethnic wear industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to interact and engage with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- **Self-Starter**: Highly motivated, target-driven, with a focus on achieving sales goals and business growth.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and business development (approximately 50% of the time).
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹45,000 per month (based on experience).
