**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role as a B2B-Business Development Specialist at Codeblu which is an Enterprise Learning Platform from Eduonix Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd, located in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. As a B2B Software Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building a strong network of partnerships and clients. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute strategies to expand the company's B2B customer base, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.

We’re currently extending our tribe and are looking for a sales rep to help us achieve our growth objectives. You will be working closely with co-founders and existing sales team to:
1- Generate leads via outreach activities (mailing, phone, industry events, etc), conduct meetings, perform upselling, cross selling

2- Perform customer demos and follow ups

3- Maintain CRM, produce analytics and sales reports.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary

**Background and skills required**:

- You have minimum 1 year of experience and a proven track record with B2B Software sales
- You have got successful prior experience working for startups and can demonstrate your direct contribution to growth.
- You have demonstrated ability to establish and maintain successful client relationships
- You are passionate about the product you’re selling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (with personal natural style that is effective with SMEs)
- You are familiar with most popular B2B lead generation tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRM
- You have solid analytical skills: you are able to provide high quality analytics and reports with relevant tools (e.g. CRM, Excel)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Understanding of the e-learning industry and technology trends is a plus

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
