OverviewAs anInternational B2B Sales Agent you will play a critical role inexpanding our market reach and fostering business relationships ona global scale. Your primary responsibility will be to driveinternational B2B sales by identifying approaching and engagingpotential business partners or clients across different regions.Your contribution will directly impact our companys growth andpresence in the international market.Keyresponsibilities
  • Identify and targetpotential B2B clients in internationalmarkets.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing and new internationalclients.
  • Conduct market research and analysisto identify new business opportunities and evaluate markettrends.
  • Negotiate and finalize internationalsales contracts and agreements.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams to develop effective sales strategies andcustomized solutions for internationalclients.
  • Represent the company at internationaltrade shows events and conferences to expand the businessnetwork.
  • Constantly monitor industry trends andcompetitors activities on a globalscale.
  • Provide timely and accurate salesforecasts reports and market intelligence to the managementteam.
  • Stay updated with international traderegulations and compliance requirements.
  • Adhereto the companys sales policies guidelines and ethical standards inall interactions.
  • Travel internationally tomeet clients and partners asneeded.
  • Participate in training andknowledgesharing activities to enhance sales skills andexpertise.
  • Deliver excellent customer serviceand address any international clients issues or concernsprofessionally.
  • Contribute to the developmentand implementation of international sales and marketinginitiatives.
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing International Relations or a relatedfield.
  • Demonstrated experience in internationalB2B sales preferably in a relatedindustry.
  • Proven track record of meeting andexceeding international sales targets andKPIs.
  • Excellent understanding of globalbusiness practices cultures and marketdynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasionskills with the ability to close complexdeals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other salesmanagement software.
  • Exceptional communicationand interpersonal skills with fluency in English and at least oneother language.
  • Ability to adapt to differentcultural contexts and businessetiquettes.
  • Strategic thinking and analyticalskills to identify new opportunities and challenges ininternational markets.
  • Willingness to travelfrequently and work across different timezones.
  • Understanding of international traderegulations and compliancerequirements.
  • Ability to work independently andas part of a diverse crossfunctionalteam.
